Katie Fishbin joined Newmark's Lodging Capital Markets group in 2018 as a financial analyst in the firm's New York headquarters.

Prior to Newmark, Ms. Fishbin was an associate with Cushman & Wakefield's Professional Real Estate Program (PREP). This intensive, 12-month program gives students from top U.S. universities an overview of the commercial real estate business as well as real-world experience by working with some of the most talented CRE professionals in the New York tristate area. Previously, Ms. Fishbin gained valuable industry expertise working as an intern at Tishman Speyer and Morgan Hotels Group in the summers of 2016 and 2015, respectively.

Ms. Fishbin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
