Katie Datin

Katherine “Katie” Datin is a Senior Associate with C&W’s Suburban Maryland Brokerage Services Group. Currently, Ms. Datin specializes in landlord representation for a variety of national and local owners. She also works with several tenants and assists with their space needs. She is responsible for the planning, marketing and implementation of real estate strategies, as well as statistical analysis, financial modeling and lease negotiation. Katherine Datin joined the Bethesda, Maryland office of Cushman and Wakefield as a Marketing Specialist in November 2011. Ms. Datin provided customized marketing solutions for clients. Prior to joining C&W, Ms. Datin worked for iMapData Inc. as a GIS Quality Assurance Engineer. Ms. Datin graduated Franklin and Marshall College Magna Cum Laude and with Honors and holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Geosciences and Public Policy. She was a member of the Varsity Field Hockey Team, Founder and President of the Earth and Environment Society and member of the Pi Gamma Mu Honors Society. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
