Bio
Kathryn has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate & construction. Kathryn serves as an Asset Manager with oversight of leasing, property management, and transactions. Her background includes commercial construction with KBI Solutions, investment brokerage services with Coldwell Banker Commercial, real estate auditing with PetSmart Corporate, as well as an independent Commercial Real Estate Analyst. Prior to co-founding Richardson Commercial Properties, Kathryn was the Director of Sales and Leasing at GBR Properties, Inc. In this capacity, she managed the leasing of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. Kathryn received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from Arizona State University (Magna Cum Laude).
