Kathleen Betz

Kathleen Betz is Chief Operating Officer at PRG Real Estate, responsible for strategic operations of the company’s 10,000+ units across 40 communities. Kathleen oversees all property management operations, marketing, training, asset, and construction management for the company’s growing portfolio. She and her team are focused on maximizing performance, delivering value, and creating a great place to live and work. Prior to joining the PRG team in 2016, Kathleen worked for Liberty Property Trust in the Acquisitions group where she was responsible for acquisition and disposition activity for Liberty’s office and industrial portfolio, as well as financing and development activity. Kathleen also previously worked at PRG, during which time she was responsible for a variety of capacities including asset management, investor reporting, and revenue management. Kathleen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Dickinson College as well as a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
