Kathi White

Kathi White joined the MedCore Partners team in 2018 to support MedCore’s infrastructure development and to continue to grow the real estate platform. Miss White has almost 40 years of experience as a certified public accountant in the real estate arena, and in the last 20+ years has shown successful strategic leadership in managing complex, high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.

Miss White has been involved in every aspect of transactional real estate and brings great value in assisting MedCore’s closing team. She has handled the entire financial and tax reporting cycle for multiple entities including budgeting and planning through the monthly reporting and operations review, year-end close, and audits and tax reporting. This enables her to play a pivotal role in MedCore’s growth.

Miss White’s primary areas of specialization include the development of company infrastructure to include accounting and reporting systems, the negotiation, analysis, and compliance monitoring of major contracts, loan agreements, and company operating agreements, management of significant company growth, and real estate transactions.

Miss White has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Abilene Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas License #020490). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
