Katherine Winter

Katherine Winter is a Director of Asset Management at Jamestown, leading the Southeast Region. Ms. Winter leads the teams responsible for the Southeast region. Previously, she was responsible for asset management and acquisition functions across Southeast markets for ASB Real Estate Investments, a Washington, DC-based private REIT. Ms. Winter began her career at Wachovia’s Investment Bank, and later Wells Fargo in New York City, holding a number of commercial real estate lending, distressed property workout, and capital markets related roles. She is an active member of CREW and ULI. Ms. Winter earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from The University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and Management from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
