Kate Giordano

Kate Giordano joined PCCP in 2019 and is responsible for investor relations and capital raising activities at the firm. Prior to PCCP, Ms. Giordano was responsible for investor relations and capital raising at Exeter Property Group, where she raised the firm's first dedicated office vehicle. Ms. Giordano was previously Head of the Americas for the real estate multi-manager divisions of both Aberdeen Standard Investments and ING Real Estate Select. Ms. Giordano began her real estate career at Clarion Partners, where she managed development joint ventures and conducted market research on all major property sectors in the United States. Ms. Giordano received a BA in English from Northwestern University and a MBA from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Giordano is a member of the PREA Capital Markets Affinity Group and is a fundraiser for various Philadelphia area non-profit organizations.
