Bio
As Senior Vice President of Property Operations, Kasey is responsible for directing, administering and coordinating the operational activities of Eden Housing, Inc.’s two operating affiliates – Eden Housing Management Inc. (EHMI) and Eden Housing Resident Services, Inc. (EHRSI). Ms. Archey has the overall responsibility for ensuring that projects developed by Eden Housing, Inc. remain fiscally sound, affordable and well-maintained, and that they feature a comprehensive resident services component. She works closely with the Property Operations and Resident Services Committees of the Board of Directors.
Kasey brings over 25 years of experience and knowledge in the operations and management of multi-family housing to Eden. Prior to joining Eden, she has held senior leadership roles in Property Management and Resident Services at both Abode Communities and Goldrich & Kest in Southern California. Prior to moving to Northern California, Kasey was the Program Manager at Jerusalem House where she oversaw the largest supportive, permanent housing program in the metro Atlanta area for homeless, low-income people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Kasey is the recipient of the 2021 Multifamily Housing Network (MHN) Pandemic Hero Award. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Affordable Housing Management Association – Northern California/Hawaii (AHMA-NCH) and Pacific Southwest (AHMA-PSW). In addition, Kasey is also serving on the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Education Foundation Board of Directors. She holds the National Affordable Housing Professional Executive (NAHP-e) designation.
Kasey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Dillard University.
