Bio

Ms. Karol Le brings to CBRE a solid track record of success in the capital markets advisory and transaction services of investment properties.  She provides well rounded stabilization, disposition, and repositioning strategies to enhance investor returns and profitability.  Since 2003, her hands-on accountability approach as a broker has been the driving force that has mitigated risk and forged long-term gains for her investors.  Her keen insight for identifying value-add opportunities, broad knowledge of asset stabilization strategies, and determination for producing the best investment outcomes have created tremendous wealth for her clients.  

 

Prior to CBRE, Ms. Le began her career at Marcus and Millichap.  She was later retained by NAI Capital to collaborate in the formation of their Pacific Rim Division, representing Asian-American commercial investments nationally. 

 

Her goal is to further expand the green sector of real estate, providing an advisory role that merges traditional commercial real estate practices with forward thinking in the conservation of our communities and planet at large.

 

Ms. Le is a graduate from the University of California Irvine where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She is currently in the final stages of training for LEED certification with the U.S. Green Building Council. In addition, while earning a Ph.D. in VASTU SHASTRA, highly revered in Asia and Europe as the cutting edge science of perfect land use, Ms. Le offers these real estate innovations as a leading authority to help maximize profitability, success, wealth and quality of life for the investor. 

 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Karol is a practitioner of mindfulness and yoga meditation.
