Karol Ciechanowski

Karol Ciechanowski serves as Chief Operating Officer at Capodagli Property Company, where his main focus is assuring top performance of the existing branches of the company while maximizing their potential. All aspects related to the company’s growth and company’s needs being met while maintaining quality of work and service at the highest levels are Karol’s priorities. Karol joined Capodagli Property Company in 2019 after almost two decades of a highly successful career in the banking industry where he held various managerial positions. His background is in the commercial and industrial divisions where the management of real estate portfolios were always one of his primary responsibilities. Karol’s passion for hands on real estate was transferred from banks such as JPMorgan Chase and Citi Group to a well-established real estate firm in NJ. Karol is now able to integrate aspects of the corporate experience and culture and enhancing the growth of a versatile real estate development company with a goal of making Capodagli Property Company the “best company to work for” in the Tri-State area. Karol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from St. John’s University. He is a former professional swimmer, NCAA and Division I full scholarship earner team captain. Karol is a USA registered swim coach, a husband and a father of two. With his swimming experience and love of the sport, he coaches his kids on the weekends and always takes them on the water based adventures.
