Bio
Karen joined Bridge in September 2019. She is responsible for the property management function for the New Jersey/New York market, servicing company-owned assets and providing third-party property management services to institutional owners who have acquired properties developed and sold by Bridge. Karen will also be responsible for portfolio operations and the property management team as a whole, as well as directing and overseeing capital improvements and value-add strategy for the properties under management.
Karen comes to Bridge with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, she was with The Hampshire Companies as Director of Property Management and responsible for over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate across the office, industrial and retail sectors. Before joining Hampshire directly, Karen was the CBRE Account Director via an outsourced property management arrangement with Hampshire. During that time, she led the property management functions for a broad portfolio spanning more than 20 million square feet across multiple asset classes.
Karen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Stockton University and holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s License.
