Karen Hart

Karen joined Alan Joel Partners in 2008 as an Administrative/Marketing Assistant. Her background in real estate and event marketing & management gave her the opportunity to develop managerial skills and the ability to interact with professionals on all levels.

Karen began her career as an Event Manager for Golden Bear International (Golf Legend Jack Nicklaus). In this capacity she organized, facilitated and executed corporate meetings, fundraising events, made for TV golf programs and corporate golf events throughout the country. She had to satisfy her clients’ expectations within the budgets she had established during her planning and execution periods. In 2005 Karen began her real estate career with Waterford Homes in residential/new home community sales. In this capacity she tracked potential buyers, created marketing pieces and managed the sales office.

Karen’s proficiency in numerous computer based programs enables her to be well organized and detail oriented. Originally from Kansas City, Karen graduated from Creighton University with a Biology degree.
