Karen Gentry

Ms. Gentry is based in DC/Northern Virginia and is responsible for asset management for the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to joining Beacon Capital Partners in 2006, Ms. Gentry was a Senior Asset Manager for Grosvenor USA in Washington, DC, and before that was a Vice President of Asset Management with LaSalle Investment Management in Baltimore, MD. In these roles, she was responsible for Class A office buildings and shopping centers in the Washington, DC area, as well as other major US markets. Ms. Gentry has been involved in commercial property leasing, marketing, and management for 30 years. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI). Ms. Gentry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
