Kale Kibbe

Kale Kibbe joined the CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Equity Finance Group (formerly L. J. Melody & Company) in Houston, TX in July 1999.  Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Mr. Kibbe worked within the Valuation Advisory Group of CBRE.  Mr. Kibbe began his commercial real estate career in Houston with the Gerald A. Teel Company, a large local commercial real estate appraisal company, gaining his MAI designation in 1994.

Mr. Kibbe has over 20 years experience in the capacities of both loan production and valuation. Kale has been actively engaged in the underwriting, structuring, placement, closing and servicing of debt and equity commercial real estate investments totaling over $3 Billion for agency lenders, life insurance companies, private investors, developers, and securitized lenders.  Kale’s specialties encompass a variety of commercial property types including multi family, retail, office , industrial, hotels, and specialty properties.
