Kairee Tann

Kairee Tann is Vice President Asset Management | Project Director, overseeing major asset repositioning, building capital and tenant improvement projects throughout the Swig Company’s managed portfolio. With over 20 years of commercial construction management experience, Kairee excels at bringing key stakeholders together to optimize results on every project. Kairee joined the Swig Company in 2016 as Senior Project Manager of 300 Lakeside and oversaw the successful completion of its repositioning. As part of the Asset Management Team, Kairee plays a key role in asset acquisitions due diligence, conceptualizing new and value-add projects and establishing Company procedures and best practices. Kairee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and Design-Build Institute of America Associate.
