Bio
Justin Uffinger is a senior managing director with Newmark's Multifamily Capital Markets Investment Sales team in Birmingham, where he is responsible for the brokerage of multifamily assets ranging from suburban garden to infill and urban assets located in Alabama and Tennessee. Since 2012, he has sold more than $1.3 billion of multifamily assets across the states of Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana. Mr. Uffinger began his career in commercial real estate in 2009 with a national real estate investment brokerage company and later joined Birmingham-based Rock Advisors as a senior associate in its Birmingham office.
Education
A native of Birmingham, Mr. Uffinger holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate finance from the University of Alabama.
