Justin Shaffer

Justin Shaffer is the Senior Vice President of Development at Weller Development Partners, where he leads the entire development process of all our projects, including Six Senses Napa and Six Senses Grand Bahama. His expertise includes strategic planning, project management, market analysis, and team leadership.

Prior to joining Weller Development Partners, Justin served as the SVP Development at Witkoff in Miami. At Witkoff, Justin managed development for the Shore Club Resort and Residences featuring 49 condominiums and a 76-key Auberge branded hotel. His experience also includes leadership at Dezer Development in Miami and Seritage Growth Properties in New York, further enriching his extensive background in luxury hospitality and real estate development.

Justin earned a J.D./M.B.A. from Wake Forest University and B.A. from Swarthmore College. He currently resides in Washington, D.C.
