Justin Phelps

Justin joined Hogan Real Estate in 2003 and has been actively involved in numerous facets of the company over the years and now serves as President. His expertise in real estate includes development, tenant representation/site selection, leasing, land assembly, investment sales, lease/contract negotiation, disposition and acquisition, and consulting. Since being named President in 2016, Justin’s leadership and vision has led to the rapid growth of the company where it has nearly doubled in size and revenue during that time. Justin has been an integral part of many successful developments and projects in multiple states. He has been involved in hundreds of leases and tenant representation transactions, over $150 million in investment sales deals, and land assembly, acquisition and disposition transactions in hundreds of million dollars in his time at Hogan Real Estate. Through Hogan Real Estate’s network, Justin is active in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, Alabama and Georgia. Justin works closely with a wide variety of clients ranging from local and regional retailers, corporations, investors and landlords to larger national/international retailers, corporations and institutions. A few of the corporations Justin works with include: Walgreens, Kroger, Starbucks, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Hobby Lobby, McDonald’s, Speedway, Harbor Freight Tools, Jimmy John’s, Culver’s, Zaxby’s, Domino’s Pizza, Norton Healthcare, PNC Bank and Limestone Bank. Justin is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration With Honors from the University of Louisville. Justin is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Louisville Board of Realtors.
