Justin Maturo

Mr. Maturo is the Managing Director of Investments for Magnolia Capital, a nationally focused multifamily investor based in Chicago. Prior to joining Magnolia Capital, Mr. Maturo was a Senior Vice President at Waterton overseeing investments in several markets located throughout the Eastern Region of the U.S. During his tenure, Mr. Maturo was involved in the acquisition and disposition of approximately $2 Billion in multifamily transactions, including debt and equity investments. Mr. Maturo also led the firm’s national portfolio acquisition efforts and managed its team of acquisition analysts. Mr. Maturo received Bachelor’s Degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University. Mr. Maturo enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf, and exploring Chicago’s diverse food scene.
