Justin MacEachern

Justin MacEachern is responsible for overseeing the construction of the $400M Arsenal Yards project in Watertown, a mixed-use development that began construction in late 2017. Prior to joining Boylston Properties in 2018, Justin previously spent ten years at Gilbane Building Company, most recently holding the position of Senior Project Executive overseeing a variety of projects in downtown Boston and Cambridge, including Vivo Apartment Building in Cambridge, the State Street Bank Project at One Channel Center in the Seaport District and Reeboks’ recent relocation of their headquarters to The Innovation and Design Building, also in the Seaport. Prior to Gilbane, Justin spent five years managing the design/build process for a large, luxury home builder in the suburbs of Boston. A licensed construction supervisor since 2005, Justin is also a LEED Accredited Professional and OSHA 30 certified. In 2015 Justin was named one of Engineering News Record’s Top Young Professionals in New England. Justin received his undergraduate degree in biomedical/mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from Northeastern University.
