Throughout his career, Justin has represented private investors, institutions, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets, offering deep expertise in valuation, asset positioning, and deal structuring.

Prior to joining Icon, Justin served as Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he co-led the Northeast multifamily platform. He previously held the role of Senior Vice President at The Kislak Company, where he achieved the highest single-year sales record in the firm’s 100+ year history.
