Bio
Mr. James is Executive Vice President & COO of AMLI Development Company and is responsible for overseeing and managing the estimating, budgeting, bid solicitation, and contracting for AMLI construction projects. Prior to joining AMLI in 2011, he was a Project Manager with Samples Construction. Mr. James has a B.A. in Finance from Kennesaw State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design & Construction.
