Justin Hucek

Justin Hucek is an associate in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services group with the Chicago Advisory Partners focusing exclusively on tenant representation in downtown Chicago and multi-market accounts. He delivers value to his clients by balancing a quantitative and qualitative approach in understanding their needs. Justin’s range of experience includes working with multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies to infant start-ups. He has shown his versatility and ability to adapt to his client’s needs having represented office, industrial, and medical users across North America.  

Prior to transitioning to tenant representation, Justin was as a Transaction Manager with the CBRE Chicago Advisory Partners where he completed nearly 100 transactions in over 30 states and 3 countries totaling over 750,000 rentable square feet. Prior to joining CBRE, Justin was an Associate with the Multi-Family Investment Sales group at Lee & Associates. Before transitioning his career to real estate, Justin worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
