Justin Holtzman

Justin Holtzman joined the ECHO Retail team in 2013. Since joining ECHO, Justin has focused on landlord and tenant representation. He exclusively represents many national landlords, including Kimco, the Kroenke Group, VEREIT, and Washington Prime. On the Tenant side, he represents clients such as Five Below and Focus Brands on their expansion throughout Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Prior to joining ECHO, Justin worked in the real estate departments for The Cafaro Company and Dots. He received his BSA from Kent State University, his MBA from Cleveland State University, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he received both his CLS and CRRP certification.
