Mr. Axelrod joined Meridian Capital in October 2023 and currently serves as an Analyst within Meridian Capital’s Institutional Investment Sales group. His responsibilities in the role include underwriting, transaction due diligence, and property marketing.

Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Mr. Axelrod was an Assistant Property Manager at MD Squared Property Group where he was responsible for the management, leasing, and budgeting for residential assets across Manhattan.

Mr. Axelrod holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from Muhlenberg College, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is also a member of FIDF Young Leadership and the Urban Land Institute.
