A 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Justin Aronson is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, where his practice straddles both capital markets and traditional transaction management. Over the course of his career, he has advised and transacted for both public and private sector clients with a focus on private equity and sovereign wealth. In collaboration with a global network of colleagues, Justin has built an impressive roster of long-term clients who look to him to engineer real estate solutions that align with their investment goals.
Justin’s clients are actively involved in building new businesses and improving existing enterprises. M&A, consolidations and divestitures create the need to realign real estate holdings with the requirements of the changing business. By restructuring both owned and leased real estate, Justin has been able to unlock value for his clients in ways that promote efficiency—enabling capital to be reallocated and invested it is needed most.
