Bio
Juliana Pendergist joined CBRE in August of 2014 as Vice President within CBRE’s Business Lending/Capital Markets group focusing on multifamily lending. With over 14 years of real estate/banking and lending, Juliana’s extensive experience in loan originations, processing, underwriting and management gives her the ability to quickly access and provide solutions for debt and structured finance. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked for JP Morgan Chase within the Commercial Term Lending division as a Regional Operations Manager responsible for the Central and Northeast regions including Minnesota, Boston and the New York metropolitan area focusing on multifamily lending. Juliana graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Art History with a minor in Business Management.
