Julia Wynyard

Julia Wynyard is Vice President of Development at Samuels & Associates where she oversees development projects and their related teams, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Before joining Samuels in 2019, Julia was the Senior Director of Development at AvalonBay Communities, Inc., where she partnered with the development, construction and operations teams to manage all aspects of new developments throughout Massachusetts. Julia is Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s “Next” Initiative for the Boston/New England District, as well as a member of NAIOP and CREW. She is passionate about fostering community through the built environment and closely identifies with S&A’s commitment to that objective. Julia holds as a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. An avid skier and aspiring golfer, Julia tries to balance city life with being outdoors as much as possible with her family.
