Julia Issembert

Julia Issembert is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Ms. Issembert spent six years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, Ms. Issembert worked as an investment-banking analyst at Credit Suisse. Ms. Issembert holds a BSBA in international business from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
