Bio
Julia Hyman joined JOSS Realty Partners as a Financial Analyst in October 2019. Prior to working at JOSS, Ms. Hyman worked in multifamily development in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she was involved in development, finance, project management, and asset management.She earned her B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University in 2019 and a Fellowship in Entrepreneurship and she earned an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2020. During her time at Georgetown, Ms. Hyman wrote and published a book, entitled Universal Housing: How to Revitalize Cities and Rebuild the American Dream, examining the need for affordable housing.
