Julia Brutto

Julia is Linear Retail’s Vice President of Marketing & Social Media. In this role, she leads the marketing department and is responsible for initiatives to support Leasing, Acquisitions, and corporate marketing goals. Julia handles strategic brand management and implements campaigns to aggregate leads. She manages the company’s website and corporate social media. Julia also handles all design work for the team including web graphics, property signage, email marketing graphics, assistance with tenant logos, and more. Previously, Julia joined Linear in 2012 as Marketing Associate & Graphic Designer, and was elevated to Marketing Manager in 2019. Prior to joining Linear Retail, Julia was a graphic designer and free-lance artist in Dartmouth, MA. Her projects ranged from graphics for social media sites, printed advertisements, illustrations, corporate identity logos and photography. Julia graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, where she received a BFA in Illustration as well as a BFA in Graphic Design. Julia is a member of AIGA, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and was presented with the Chancellor’s Scholarship each year for honors during her time at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, yoga, getting outdoors, and all things creative.
