Judy Aiello

As Vice President of Construction & Development, Judy oversees all retail construction-related activities. Prior to joining Fidelis, Judy had over 30 years of commercial construction experience in retail, 25 of which she was the owner of a commercial general contracting firm overseeing over $ 1B dollars of commercial construction. Just before joining Fidelis, Judy was employed by Target Corporation supporting store development and construction throughout the United States and Canada. Her comprehensive experience includes feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiations, and consultant management. Judy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University. She serves on the Board of Directors of Grand Central Park Commercial Association, Inc. and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She has also served as an Executive Board Member of the Women Contractors Association, a committee member and volunteer of the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance, and was appointed to one of Houston’s Mayor’s office Transition Teams. She is proud to be a native Houstonian.
