Bio
Executive Vice President, Judith Perez Siegel, has been with the company since its inception during which time she has played an instrumental role in the growth and expansion of The Siegel Group’s portfolio of real estate holdings in Nevada and California. Mrs. Siegel currently oversees all philanthropic and governmental affairs for the company and serves as a liaison between local government, community and non-profit organizations. Through her tireless efforts to promote The Siegel Group’s growth and its community and philanthropic endeavors, she has earned the respect and support from those with whom she works. She is a common fixture in the political community where she represents the company on a wide range of issues from entitlement and zoning applications, code enforcement, redevelopment plans and business and privileged license matters. She founded Siegel Cares, a program in which The Siegel Group and its employees provide volunteer services and financial support for local community and non-profit organizations.
Mrs. Siegel currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas chapter of After-School All-Stars (www.asaslv.org); a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive after-school programs for at-risk youth. This program is aimed at keeping the at-risk youth safe and helping them to succeed in school and life, so that they can one day give back to their communities. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Winchester Town Advisory Board which works closely with the Las Vegas community and provides recommendations to the Clark County Commission; a seven-member board responsible for the oversight of operations throughout Clark County, Nevada.
She is a graduate of the University of La Verne where she studied marketing and received a Bachelor of Administration in Business Management.
