Profile
Jude Collins is a Senior Director with C&W's Tenant Representation Group, where he specializes in tenant representation by assisting corporate clients in implementing and creating their real estate strategies. Throughout his 16-year career as a tenant representation specialist, Mr. Collins' roles on the team include team leadership, strategic planning, client portfolio management and transaction implementation for numerous industry leading tenants throughout the Washington, DC region, nationally and globally. Mr. Collins has been involved in approximately 1,000 lease transactions worth more than $1 billion dollars in aggregate value.
Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a three-time All-American Lacrosse selection. He also played five years on a professional lacrosse team for the Washington, DC Bayhawks of Major League Lacrosse.
He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia. Mr. Collins is a member of several real estate and business organizations, a founder of a local chapter of Delta Waterfowl Conservation Organization and a Board Member of the Kevin E. Reichardt Foundation, which provides need based scholarships to high school and college students.

Mr. Collins was the recipient of the 2007 Service Excellence Award at C&W, which is awarded for outstanding achievement in the pursuit of business performance excellence and total client satisfaction. He was also selected as one of the top "35 under 35" for the Washington, DC region commercial real estate industry by Bisnow.
