Bio

Judd Welliver joined CBRE in 2012 and is an Executive Vice President with Minneapolis Institutional Properties, specializing in major investment transactions for single-tenant and multi-tenant office and industrial properties. Judd is also a member of CBRE Corporate Capital Markets, focusing on the sale of single tenant properties, sale/leasebacks, and built-to-suit financing.

Judd is partnered locally with Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz, and Bentley Smith. As an investment professional, Judd and the team provide the full scope of advisory and brokerage services required for complex real estate transactions. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Institutional Properties team completed 319 sale assignments totaling $11.72 billion since 2005.

Prior to joining the Institutional Properties team at CBRE, Judd was an integral part of the Colliers International Industrial team. Judd performed strategic real estate planning, sales and leasing, relocations and build-to-suits with institutional and entrepreneurial owners. Judd completed over 400 lease and sale transactions totaling over four million square feet.
