Jud is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He has over twenty years of real estate investment experience. With a primary focus on industrial investment sales, Jud has handled real estate asset sales for major corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial owners totaling over $6.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Jud joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 2015. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jud was a Managing Director with Holiday Fenoglio Fowler. He worked at CB Richard Ellis in their Industrial Investment Properties Group and prior to that was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Real Estate Consulting Group.
