Bio
John "JT" Tomovcsik has been with Iron Mountain since 1986. He is currently an Executive Vice President and the company’s Chief of Operations, as well as the Executive Sponsor of Iron Mountain’s LGBTA Employee Resource Group. In his role, he is responsible for Iron Mountain’s global human resources, risk and safety, continuous improvement, and marketing functions. In this capacity, he leads the strategy, plans and resources necessary to ensure Iron Mountain’s culture, talent, organization and capabilities align with the company’s core values, focused on our customers, and accelerate delivery of our business objectives. Since joining the company, Tomovcsik has held a variety of executive and business leadership roles, most recently as the general manager of Iron Mountain’s North American Records and Information Management Business. He also served as the North American Chief Operating Officer, and was the executive vice president for three Iron Mountain business units. He joined the company in 1999 through the acquisition of Data Base, Inc., a data management company, where he spent thirteen years serving as the Operating/Sales Executive.
