Bio
AT MILHAUS: Jourdan Woodruff is the Director of Development Operations at Milhaus. She supports the Development team by setting standard procedures and processes, training development associates, and implementing standards across all markets. Jourdan leads the Design Team who are responsible for ensuring all projects maintain Milhaus quality and brand values at every step from concept to stabilization.
EXPERIENCE: Jourdan graduated magna cum laude from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University with a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development degree and a minor in Real Estate Development. She also received her Master’s of Urban Design degree from Ball State’s College of Architecture and Planning Indianapolis Center. She uses her background in design and planning to implement well-designed, functional developments that impact urban neighborhoods. Jourdan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute as part of the Young Leader’s Group Executive Committee as well as NAIOP.
