Bio
Joshua Rubinich is responsible for the division- and project-level execution and operations for the development and construction of Toll Brothers Apartment Living development projects. He leads the internal and external project team that executes the necessary entitlements, design, permitting, construction management and financial management for successful completion of suburban rental apartment development projects. Additionally, Joshua is a division leader in the development, implementation, oversight and adherence to internal controls, standard processes and procedures and organizational quality control.
Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2012, Joshua was a senior manager with O’Neill Properties Group, a developer based out of King of Prussia, PA. He was responsible for complete project management and oversight of all aspects of various commercial and multifamily assets and development projects. Before that role, Joshua was a staff and senior auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP, auditing various real estate and professional services companies.
Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management concentrated in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College.
