Bio
Josh is a Managing Director at Strada, focusing on acquisitions, asset management, and development opportunities. Recent projects include the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of the Oakland City Center office portfolio. In addition to underwriting and acquisition due diligence, Josh managed the property management team and coordinated the leasing and construction management efforts. Josh’s other value-add office investments currently underway include 3300 Zinfandel and 3068 Kilgore, both office buildings in Sacramento that were acquired vacant and are in the process of being repositioned. Prior to joining Strada, Josh was a Senior Investments Analyst at CIM Group, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management. While at CIM Group, Josh worked on the acquisition of over $1.0 billion of real estate, primarily concentrated in core plus and value-add office, hotel, and multifamily investments on the West Coast. Before joining CIM Group, Josh worked at CBRE Consulting/Sedway Group, a real estate economics and development advisory firm in San Francisco. Josh has an MBA from the University of California Berkeley and a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of California Berkeley.
