Bio
Mr. Maonata joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as a broker in the company's Iselin, NJ office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail in locations across the East Coast.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Maonata was a Director of Development at an electronics company, where he managed sales. Previously, Mr. Maonata spent four years at Beth Medrash Govoah.
