In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Joshua S. Koladis is a Commercial Appraiser in the Hartford, Connecticut office of CBRE/New England. Joshua joined CBRE/NE in 2004. His responsibilities include the research, preparation and review of comprehensive narrative form appraisals, lease and sale analysis, and financial valuation modeling. Joshua appraised a variety of property types: single-tenant, multi-tenant/owner-occupied office and industrial buildings, hotels, shopping centers, multifamily developments, self-storage facilities, utility easement right-of-ways, vacant-development sites, open-space land as-well-as other commercial properties. He also handled preparation of rent comparability studies for HUD and Section 8 based residential developments.
