Bio
Joshua Kleinberg joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Managing Director in 2018. Based in Queens, he is focused on industrial and office brokerage in the outer boroughs.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Joshua was First Vice President at CBRE and holds 25 years of experience in the industry, with substantial background on the ownership and brokerage sides of the business. Over the years, Joshua has fostered many successful, long-term relationships with major public, private, local and institutional owners, overseeing agency representation, site selection, sales leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and build- to-suit of industrial properties and portfolios.
Joshua has represented clients including: Paramount Pictures, Newsday, The City of New York and Ford Motor Company. He is a graduate of Boston University and studied at the New York Real Estate Institute.
