Bio
Joshua is an Associate Vice President with Colliers International in their Portland office. During his 14 years in the commercial real estate business, Joshua has been involved in transactions across most asset classes but specializes in advising clients both locally and nationally in leasing, acquisition/disposition, and development of industrial properties primarily consisting of warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and industrial land.
Joshua is recognized for his integrity, market knowledge, communication skills, and tenacity. Joshua's ability to consistently integrate and align the objectives of each client with executable real estate solutions is a cornerstone of his practice.
