Josh Talberg is a senior director for JLL's Capital Markets Group in the Midwest, based in Minneapolis, and co-leads the Midwest-Multi-housing team. He is responsible for business development and representing owners in the sale and financing of multi-housing transactions.

Prior to joining JLL's Capital Markets group, Josh was a First Vice President-Investments with Marcus & Millichap's Midwest Multifamily Team. Josh's experience includes new development, ground up, affordable housing, student housing, portfolio, and value-add multi-housing investment sales. Together with Mox, Dan, and Adam, the team has collectively sold or capitalized over $1B of multi-housing assets throughout the Midwest.
