Josh Kreider joined Stream Realty Partners in 2019 as a Senior Vice President. He is driven to expand Stream's platform in the Washington, DC region by sourcing and servicing strategic assignments across the spectrum of commercial real estate. Josh has over 16 years of experience in the office market, cultivating opportunities for both owners and tenants. Since 2015, he has been responsible for securing over 1 million square feet of leases for owner clients, including anchor leases for two of the most high-profile developments on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Josh was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, in a brokerage role from 2003 to 2019. With a wide range of third party representation, Josh's transactional history spans agency leasing, tenant advisory, large lease disposition, GSA procurement, off market investment sales, and mixed-use condominium.
Josh's recent transactional highlights on behalf of owners include securing anchor pre-construction leases for two trophy developments on Pennsylvania Avenue (Kirkland & Ellis – 1301 Penn Ave, 189,000 SF & Cleary Gottlieb – 2112 Penn Ave, 126,000 SF), as well as a 229,000 SF lease with Customs & Border Patrol in 2017, 134,000 SF lease with the Dept of Treasury in 2018, and three building sales transactions totaling $38 million.
Josh leverages his understanding of building ownership to maximize value opportunities for his tenant advisory client base consisting of AM Law 100 law firms, corporations, not for profits, and government affairs organizations.
Josh spends his free time volunteering as a sandlot member of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia, and enjoying a variety of outdoor recreation activities across the country with his wife, and their young son and daughter.
