Bio
Josh Klimkiewicz joined Crosspoint Associates in April of 2018 as Director of Capital Services. His primary responsibility is securing debt and equity capital for the company’s investments. Josh has more than a decade of experience in real estate capital markets and has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and structured finance of over $6 billion in real estate transactions. Josh has worked on capital markets assignments for some of the country’s largest and most active firms while acting as Director of Business Development at RealtyShares Inc., CEO of Acquire Real Estate and Vice President of Capital Markets at CBRE. Josh has a BA from Harvard University.
