Josh Cummins

Josh joined Hogan Real Estate in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive accounting and financial reporting experience, including audit and tax expertise from his prior positions in public accounting. Before joining Hogan Real Estate, Josh served in multiple leadership roles and has led accounting and finance teams to operate and execute at the highest level. Josh has established a reputation for building teams and for aligning financial and business metrics to support business strategy and high growth. With a focus on efficiency and processes, Josh strives to provide the client with accurate and timely financial information and analysis and therefore become a trusted partner to their business. Josh is responsible for all financial reporting and accounting functions, as well as project investment analysis for Hogan and third party entities. He works with a variety of institutional and traditional lenders to provide project-specific capital solutions across the Hogan Real Estate and third party portfolios. He also directs Hogan’s risk management function and the design and implementation of tax strategies. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Public Accountants.
