Josh Aruh

Josh Aruh’s 22-year real estate career includes residential subdivisions, multi-tenant shopping centers, automobile dealerships, office, restaurant and luxury resorts properties totaling over $600 million in transaction volume. His experience has led to many successful projects and investments combining acquisition, development/redevelopment, asset management, and construction services, including land or project acquisition, planning, construction and financing expertise. He currently oversees and manages the operations of the portfolio, seeks new opportunities in untapped markets and enjoys tracking the global real estate trends. Mr. Aruh earned a degree in Finance from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business in Austin. He began his career as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney but found his passion early on in real estate.
