Bio
Josh Hedderich is the Director of Asset Management at Entrada Partners. His key responsibilities include asset management, oversight of third-party property management and leasing, strategic business planning, and operations.
Over his 20-year career, Mr. Hedderich has been responsible for asset management of all product types across the United States. He has been involved in over $2 Billion worth of transaction activity, in capacities ranging from underwriting and due diligence, financing and closing, through business plan implementation and exit monetization. Mr. Hedderich has also held prior positions with Lexington Realty Trust, Parmenter Realty Partners, ORIX Real Estate Capital, Hudson Advisors, and Crow Holdings.
Mr. Hedderich is originally from Carmel, Indiana, and is a graduate of Indiana University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business with dual majors in Real Estate Finance and Operations Management. Mr. Hedderich is an active member of The Real Estate Council (“TREC”) and is a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council and Executive Leadership Programs.
